We are all working together and support each other even with all the stress that Blaine WIlcox puts on us
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The constant messages and meetings, The constant being hounded about RBP during the dead season in the market. Being treated like im not doing my job while running two stores
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get capped at 19 and then are suspected to work 2 stores a day and running out our gas in our cars with coasting on empty cause of the awful pay and pay dates
