Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay rate...I am negative in my bank every pay day...But I love this company so I make it work. I come from a retail manager background and this is the lowest paying job I have had in a manager position...Everything has gone up around us BUT our PAY.
