Stop gossiping, stop blaming others, and work together as a team
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rent is too high at my location, no one is in the office when my property used to have more than one person working there everyday.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, hiring the right candidates for the right property, accountability, paying us what we're worth and holding everyone to the same standard and stop making excuses!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Giving me the help that is needed to run an A property, making sure my voice is heard and doing what's needed to be done to make sure my property is maintained and held to the PS standard.
