I use to enjoy coming to work, I loved it, but in the last 2 years I no longer feel that way, I am anxious, and worried all the time, my leadership make me feel like I am doing things wrong or resisting change. I was having trouble adjusting which after a long time it is difficult but I am better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity in the people that work here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The customer's feedback. I develop great relationships with customer, that means so much to me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the focus on technology and making it easier for our clients . E-rental, phone rentals the app etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We use to have a tighter team, we rely on each other, we solve problems together and support one another. We understand that we are only as strong as our weakest link.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my current compensation doesn't match my contributions in the current market value for my role. I've been consistent exceeding expectations and have taken on increased responsivities, Helping Team, making sure the property is cleaned MPV/CDD always available, even work extra days.
