What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

In this area, managers hire anyone who applies. We need better people who want to work and bring a positive attitude to the team.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

BETTER PAY!! Hire better people, which you can do if you pay more (attract better talent). This company can afford to pay better like their competitors do.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

better pay, fair and impartial treatment of all employees, give raises to your onsite employees, give us more power to run our stores as managers and not just "yes men".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

pay for on site employees has not increased in years, and the reason is because the value of the apartment has increased. The problem is, the price of everything else has gone up too (medical, food, etc.) so we are making less.
