What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DM engaement with team. If dinners or lunch were possible or gift cards or rewards. Show employees we are valued every now and then. Never though above and beyond. Limited to nearly a no-existing budget for team building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Too many duties and no support. Picking up other's slack. Unfair regardless of changes made. We don't get paid for all the dirty work we have to do EVERY DAY. No appreciation for those working hard picking up everyone's slack. How do you reward that?
