Public Storage is a great company with a lot of potential, but only Attracting great people is not enough, unless people in charge can recognize the talent in the timely manner. Quality workers leave quick if they are ignored. Las Vegas !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Constant changes and new ways to run the business. It is truly beautiful to see how quick and positively we grow as a company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of wasted talent in the organization, and upper management is not able to recognize them leading to less talented people and not being able to retain quality workers. It is crucial to identify those quick, because talent will leave if no one is paying attention to them.
