I love working for public storage genuinely, i have grown into a stronger person working here, and with each person i meet in management i try to take a piece out of their book while also writing my own, This is a company that could and will go amazing places

My DM cares about the results for our team and making us a better team every day

Our DM, Cody does an amazing job at making sure we are all on the same page and have fun while working hard

Learning, knowledge is power, and every single day working here i learn something, may not always be something crazy important but theirs always something
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team for the most part gets along with each other very well, when we are given the opportunity to work with one another we work well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that we should match other Storage Companies in pay, it is so incredibly tempting to move to another company like Extra Space who starts out at $17-19 an hour compared to us. If we paid more we wouldn't have such a hard time getting and Keeping employees.
