Salary and having DM's who can apply emotional intelligence across the board
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing positive to say as there is not engagement . We talk about ONE TEAM that is not implemented
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
be professional and play fair with everyone across the board. Invest time on coaching rather than gossiping and focusing on flaws rather than opportunities and nurture skills
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I dont think coworkers are 100 responsible of me not wanting to engage more but DM's needs to be more ethical and stop gossiping about others business. Thats creates a toxic environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
stop paying everyone same amount when some people exceeds and go above and beyond. Bonus compensation needs to change on the amount given to the person who really drives and cares about company metrics and exceeding last years goals
