Public Storage is one of a kind in the sense that for some of us, its our home, not just our job. As a resident PM I take extra pride in my property.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every single PM no matter the amount of effort they put into their job or lack of effort from some, recieve the same pay essentially.
