What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the communication between everyone. It shows we work as one team.
What makes you most happy at work?
For myself, getting out to clean my property to make sure it is spotless for my customers when they come onto the property. I take pride in my property's cleanliness.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
While on MVP, you should work like it's your property and not leave work for the PM to walk into and have to do their job, plus pick up after the PM who was there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the amount of labor required of me, I feel that my pay is inadequate. Even when I finish all of my work on schedule, I am still expected to go above and beyond the call of duty to help others. They are not being held accountable, in my opinion, and I'm having to do the extra work.
