I like that my DM really does care about us. The company shows flexibility as well to the needs of the workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that other companies around pay more in general for starting pay and they charge less for employees who live on property as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like team dedication. However, I do understand that some team members might not perform to their potential or is not as engaged with the company's vision.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do enjoy my job. I do like the customers, the joy I can have by seeing the results of my input in the office , and that I do have supportive management.
