What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team work and attitudes, speaking with a respectful tone

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers complain about properties being open half time, not having access to people in office and customer service line, inaccurate information told between pms and customer service.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The health and copay sucks, you cannot gain access to medical help without paying almost 500 out of pocket. Pamphlets are inaccurate. No maternity leave, no paid medical leave. Underpaid. I've worked places that paid me more for doing less work. Not alot of room to expand in company. Takes 10 years.
