I greatly enjoy all the different areas of the job and how there are so many different pieces that we get to address, rather than doing the same mundane thing over and over again. It is a lot of work, and can be quite strenuous at times, but all in all it has taught me a lot

They care about me individually - They check in frequently to make sure everything is going well and to see if there is anything I need.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my customer's compliment me on the condition of my property, or an experience they've had, or when they go online and leave a 5 Star Review on Google for me!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a One Team mindset and are always willing to step in and help out when and wherever needed. Everyone has the company's best interest in heart and take pride in their work. They not only work hard at their assigned property, but they care about each property within the district
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am constantly busy - there is never a moment where I have nothing to do, which in turn makes the day go quick. There are so many interesting customers, moments, and finds we run across through out our day, there is never a dull moment that's for sure. And everyone has such a positive attitude
