very stressful at the beginning and end of month with not enough time at the office to assist customers, it's become more stressful lately

The positive is the team members who do support each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid for the work and experience we bring. As a manager who has been here for 9 plus years I do believe we bring more sales and revenue and should get paid accordingly to our experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things are the support and leadership that come with team members. Honestly with so many changes going on we can get really stressed and it's important that all our team members are being productive and supportive
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate when my DM and RM listen to our concerns. With so many changes constantly going on, it is important that as a team we adjust to those changes and that we can get support when other team members are not adjusting.
