Company has been great during illness. But company fails to see and recognize the job i have done for over 7 years. Great reviews Great audits Great customer service Cleaniness of property. Follow thru of responsibilities. leader in training. then came the 2024 award that was unreal. Follow up DM

we have great team . Most are willing to help at any request.
What makes you most happy at work?
Customers very nice atmosphere and they make me feel very appreciates with Google reviews. Try checking out my reviews for last 7plus years. Should be rewards for individual reviews and not for everyone that works at property as my customers always clarify my name.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
8 year employee pay is less than a first year at over 100% of other storages. Bonus not awarded fairly. Refer to DM for reviews would help in deciding who receives and which bonus. DM is more involved on daily basis than upper mgt. Numbers do not tell story
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not happy at this moment with the above level of management / DM is awesome. He is a caring person and wants to be as fair as the company would allow. Great idea would be for him to give direction to upper staff on the incentive programs especially the yearly awards. 2024 for our area was very unple
