I like being able to work independently without someone over my shoulder.

Being able to find solutions for customers to be able to keep their storage.

for the most part we lean on each other for help when needed and generally all work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one can make a living on $13/$14 an hour in this economy. If we paid more, maybe we could find better employees. There are too many that just don't do their jobs as they should be done.
