good at giving information of what happened on days off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
unless you have an apartment. The pay is on the lower end for the position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
direct manager make sure we we have the days off we needs for our family or medical appointment. help us with difficult customer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the variety of the job from office to cleaning to customer service. usually able to balance between the different task. some days are more challenging than other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having to take care of several locations make us feel that we are not completing everything that needs doing. Most location do take more than 1/2 day to do lock check, cleaning, taking care of customer, and other task.
