What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Doing the job, making their calls, and STOP the GOSSIPING, RUMORS and false comments creating DRAMA. Public storage Field Employee handbook states specifically. Gossip and Rumors ARE NOT TOLERATED.

What makes you most happy at work?

SERVING THE CUSTOMERS. Making there experience here a GOOD one. Making my property that is 50 years old an oasis. Clean secure and safe. Customer Driven Demand (CDD) has made this much more difficult if not, impossible. CDD should be ENDED immediately. It only serves upper management (bonuses)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A company raise based on work ethics. Not a government raise that the company has to pay. Google Reviews MUST be stopped for our incentive program. Letting a company dictate how much money I make is shameful. My last 3 poor reviews were about customer gate hours not my performance.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Insistence ALL managers do the job. We are pretending to be a TEAM. Team DOES NOT mean I (and others ) do someone elses work. Team is 100% equally DOING the job and assisting others when the going get rough not "oh what a great team player, he just did all of the other managers work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The change happened when the former District Manager quit. the new SDM and now the new DM are far ore work oriented as opposed to the former DM that was showing favoritism to those that were her friends the new dm is now having to clean up the mess the former DM created. one by one. Great Job
