Not applicable...I have yet to see the team come together as they should and this is important we should all be on one accord.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel like the pay is very low for all that is required of a PM and should be higher as there are other companies that have same opportunities same job requirements but with higher Pay . And PS should pay their employees more
