I like my job, I like my manager, I do not like this company. I feel zero loyalty to this company. They do not treat their corporate employees well. The holiday thing is ridiculous and outdated, and so is the WFH policy. The insurance is also terrible and makes me afraid to go to the doctor/dentist.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary. The benefits and holidays are absolutely horrendous.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has the worst company culture I've ever seen.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is so supportive. He has taught me so much and continues to push me and challenge me without setting me up for failure.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of employees. Benefits are terrible. Office culture is the worst I've ever experienced. If you're going to force a return to office, make the office a place people want to come. Why are we having to pay for snacks and drinks in vending machines?
