This is a stable job with consistent hours and a strong routine, which I like. It's a lot of physical labor and it doesn't pay enough which I dislike. Most of the people are great, some of the people are rude. Customers get very frustrated by the lack of people in the office.

This is a diverse workplace in both ethnicity and gender expression, and I like being surrounded by people who are different from me
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people I work with seem invested in my growth at the company and interested in who I am as a person
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My feet and back hurt every morning, I could do with less cleaning responsibilities. I'd also like to work one day less a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Rising costs of living in the US make anything under $35 not sustainable for a stable life. This job pays my rent and nothing else
