Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel for the work we do to maintain multiple properties, the dusting, the sweeping, the mopping (large facilites) , pulling weeds, mildew cleaning off outside of the buildings with no pressure washer, the compensation could be higher. The company is great though. I recommend others work here.
