The job is simple enough, however the compensation is not well worth it which causes for high turnover

Everyone within the same property gets along well enough to make the working environment tolerable

Being able to help those who might be going through a hard time in that moment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees should earn wages based on their time with the company and not just performance and pto time should also be accrued much faster or have a set time for vacation periods
