I appreciate the stable but flexible schedule. I know that everyone is going to say they need better pay, but I think our PM's are treated more like representatives and not like managers. In addition to giving all PMs a raise, PMs should also be able to reasonably adjust a customer's bill

I like how they are real, and humble people. We are all just trying to survive. No egos
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My DM is polite, considerate, and respectful when it comes to the nuances of my schedule and doing a mvp
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont know yet enough about the culture. I know we are chasing numbers and selling a product. I know that we dont want to let a customer rent elsewhere!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsibility we have to be the main contact to get revenue to this company should celebrated. I think PS would attract PM's of higher quality if they were paid more and increase productivity of existing PM's. I am willing to do more for higher pay. Pay scale needs to match cost of living
What makes you most happy at work?
It is a rare opportunity in a retail-like environment to have a more relaxed pace. So when i do have contact with my customers i dont feel run down. I approach each one like we are in a small business in a small town. I also appreciate that tasks can be done at my pace and any order I want.
