What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is what makes me stick around. They make the environment fun to go to work, and the help and collaboration within the team is very valuable. We create great things when we put out minds together within the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team - team members and managers. We make sure to have fun together, we also recognize each other's good work, and we never criticize or blame game anyone. It is a very positive and nurturing environment. Everyone wants the other person to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe we are covering a lot of grounds for our compensation. I do enjoy the work that I do, but it is much more than what was in the job description. Sometimes the workload feels like it should be handled by 2-3 people but it is only one person handling it.
