What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part, leadership does an excellent job disarming themselves, in the sense of making themselves approachable regardless of the matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The "stronger" employees often get used to "clean up" behind the other property managers and carry the weight of upholding PS facility standards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the team as people respond well to each other. Majority of the team truly upholds the "One Team" mindset, which is truly appreciative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to decide how I manage my daily tasks and the flexibility to help the team as needed whether that be remote or quickly heading over to another facility to support a Property Manager as needed.
