Exceeding and Excelling from one day to the next. Pushing myself to ensure I gjve PS the best version of me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes I feel as though I am pulling the weight of 4 people. I just believe that the pay is not compatible with today's cost of living expenses
What are some of the best things about your team?
I do have some coworkers that actually know the true meaning of working as a team. There are does that takes criticism as trying to get them on the right path instead of as an attack on them.
