Very different from the work I'm used to but I'm learning new things along the way. It's been challenging but I love that I have a team I can rely on for help and/or assistance.

Checking and cleaning all the units.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They all support everyone and work together even though we work in different facilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcoming the first day. We all work together to keep the properties clean.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel other companies pay a better wage (extra space storage, toy locker, ect.) pay around 17 to 20 an hour. I also feel we do a lot in the heat for little compensation.
