very good but new positions that are open in a region aren't quickly announced to everyone so it feels like an "old boys club" so it feels like you don't have a fair chance to move up.

some very knowledgeable coworkers who want to work as a team and i can rely on... but there are some that just need to go away.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Any recent pay increases have been washed away by the recent changes in the cost of living - price of gas and utilities... just subsiding now.
