What makes me happiest at work is the opportunity to help people and turn a negative experience into a more positive one through support, professionalism, and care.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The workplace culture feels toxic and unsupportive. Training is poor, and employees are often left unprepared. Leadership avoids addressing customer concerns, leaving front-line staff to handle hostility and unresolved issues without proper support.

Trainers should create a more positive and professional environment. Focusing on teamwork instead of negativity about other employees or sites would improve morale and reduce the competitive culture that causes unnecessary conflict between

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company provides an important service to the community. We often meet people during difficult moments in their lives, and it feels meaningful to be able to assist and support them when they need help most.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because the workload and expectations do not match the compensation. Incentives should reflect employee performance and effort, not NPS scores that are often impacted by unresolved corporate and operational issues outside of site staff control.
