Overall my experience has been a positive when it comes assisting the customer. The downside and dissapointment has been with our DM. I feel that (by his actions why he speaks such as his tone of voice, emails with giany bold letters followed by exclamation points and ongoing "threats"

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Seems like as a front line employer, speaking in my district, we are placed as an after thought and he needs are not a priority
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helping the customer achieve their goal on finding a proper space to store their much cared belongings and personal properties and giving them the confidence they will be safe with us.
