Slave work. Daily exposure to black mold. 100s of collection calls we have to do with no help. Managers are racist towards black people letting the white co workers get away with stealing and being late every single day

I have nothing positive to say. It's slave work
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are late everyday. Stealing money. Stealing out of customer units. Everybody is lazy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay needs to be at least $18hr and the managers need to not be racist towards black people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not enough money being exposed to mold and dead animals. Entitled customer threats. Racist managers that let white coworkers get away with stealing time and money
