Leadership needs to focus on understanding its employees individual needs on a fundamental level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My personal pay is above the threshold, and our dental and visual are reasonably priced.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company focuses too much on things like Google scores, and not investing enough into property upkeep. (I.E. Gates, broken pavement, broken doors, working cameras.)
