Great coworkers, this company does not care about employee based off what they pay. Dm's and upper managament is the only emplyees that should be happy to come to work. People need better pay to even survive , they don't care and it shows

Listening to employees complain about needing more money, choosing to put gas in a car or buy dinner for their family. Motivating each other..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees need raises the amout being paid for anyone under being a Dm is what teenagers are making its 2026 the business is making money but the employees that arebhands on every day is making pennies not enough to maintain a household . Better pay is needed, to much physical work for pennies
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers really make your day alot of times. The stores need to be deep cleaned, better pay and raises are needed. Employees dont care about points for gift cards they want to be able to work and be happy with a paycheck. Some have been with the company 15 + years and still dont make $20
