What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Not really sure, you work alone 99% of the time

What are some of the best things about your team?

Depends on what property you are at, but for the most part people try to help you with situations

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

When you are thrown from one property to another it is hard to get a routine, and you always feel like you are in a state of panic

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You want to pay people just above minimum wage but want them to be a debt collector and a maintenance person, those positions are worth more money. If your employees are compensated they are happier, not these contests that only 1 person gets paid

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, don't bait and switch the job location, you put an ad to hire at a location, the ad needs to be just public storage, you have people driving an hour+ for $15 per hr, or you have people doing more than 1 property in a day, but it's the busiest times of the month for rentals & payments
