I have been with the company for a short time and I am not impressed at all all the facilities that I have been too are poorly run and need to be cleaned

They could be friendlier and more helpfull

The customers that I interact with and help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting paid more money would be nice. And being recognized with bonuses would be nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no company morale my coworkers do not seem to care it's like they come to work put in their hours and leave. This is a very important missing piece in the company. I also feel like no matter what amazing things I do to improve the facility it is not recognized
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company could appreciate the people that are running the stores on a day to day basis the DMs get way over paid and do half the work the employees that are at the facility do. Daily lock checks dealing with issues keeping the facility clean calling customer that owe or that have an issue
