You get a lot of free time sometimes, when it's not swamped.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Give employees a fair bonus structure. Also, don't demand every facet of your employee's lives, causing most employees to leave soon after being hired.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is a company that cares only for profit. They overwork their employees and are a constant revolving door of new employees and aging properties.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make it seem as though selling things, such as insurance, locks, and packing supplies is the most important thing. It is basically a sales job, yet there was no bonus structure or commissions.
