Very tenured team, mutual respect among the peer group, and supportive of one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are supportive and constantly asking for feedback and ways we can improve as a company. I also feel varied and feel respected as a member of the team. The company has gone above and beyond to care for me, both personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary could be higher, as the scope of work at the District Manager level is ever changing and can be a lot at times. The bonus plan could be more robust as well. Vesting periods for stock grants are too long. Tenure of the DM should be used to determine vesting time for grants.
