Watching my team develop and improve. It's incredibly rewarding to see people thrive in their environments and knowing that you played a small part in fostering their success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU program is a great motivator to keep us engaged in the overall success in the organization and not just our individual markets. When everybody wins, everybody wins.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team values our effort and commitment to the greater success of the company. I feel appreciated every day by my supervisor and on every interaction with the Executive Team.

I enjoy the opportunities to share experiences and best practices with my peers. it takes iron to sharpen iron and I think we challenge and motivate one another to be the best every day.
