Making sure all tasks are completed and all customers needs are taken care of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of time spent working to meet deadlines, make sure customers are taken care of in a timely manner, working on "days off" I feel the compensation should be higher
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If they increased the wages of the front line we would have a different type of employee representing the brand and will the lives of everyone above them much better and in turn will create a better customer experience
