The open communication is great. I find that all the DMs on my team are always willing to answer questions and assist one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSUs are a very nice and unique compensation perk. It helps create buy-in across the management team and delivers a real value for accomplishing company objectives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of autonomy granted at the District Manager level. This is great because it really gives you a chance to demonstrate competency and build your team as desired.
