The want and need to grow. I feel like we are looking to the future and seeking out opportunity to build our brand.

They get to know their employees and you don't just feel like you are a number. Top to bottom, the leaders truly care about you.

I enjoy the ability to work at my own pace and interact with my team. I like being the person that people go to for help.

They have a personal investment in me. They make sure to ask about me as a person and include my family. It shows me they care about who I am.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe there should be salary caps for any position. There are quite a few people in the same role for years and to cap them and not increase bonus potential does not incentivize them to do a GREAT job. I also believe salary should differ at every level.
