The interaction with my team makes me the most happy and the feeling of job security with our company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the inclusion of my peers and direct supervisors. The company is always very transparent and willing to try new things and accept new ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is committed to focusing on what is critical to the company and aligning with objectives even with so much going on. They are overall positive and upbeat and appreciate each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the salary for the position is not in line with the industry in relation to the workload. I do like the bonus plan of everyone gets a bonus. However, related to overall workload compared to base pay is not in line with position. The job security during pandemic is an added bonus.
