The ability to voice an opinion or operation and have it reviewed and circle back with the pros and cons and application.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock grants are very lucrative part of the package. One particular feedback is that they should be increased as the taxation on them pulls away from the short/long term gain.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability to hear different voices and align as a group on an action plan/objective. We have a culture of friendship. One feedback would be calls are so focused on agenda task that there is not enough personal share (for those willing).
