Willing to help team meet/exceed company goals. Pleasant to be around, accepting of different view points and ATTENTIVE when someone is struggling or needs help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid less/same (monthly salary) than someone else for same job, expectations, responsibilities with less experience and tenure. 9+ years versus new employees 3+ years have same/ higher monthly salary. Message is Public Storage values new hires more than experience, seasoned, older, and tenured.
