I love the job that I have been entrusted to do and I love being a resource to my team and the company. I genuinely get excited to impact metrics in a positive way and being the driving factor within my district to improve these metrics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team and it's not always a competition of who is better. Granted there is friendly competition that keeps us on our toes but at the end of the day one's success are the team's success and that is greatly celebrated by the team that I am a part of.
