I am very satisfied with the company. It has an amazing culture and is the leader in the industry. I have found my home and plan to retire with PS.

The RSU's and that I am paid very fairly.

Spending time with my team coaching and celebrating victories.

they way we support each other and we like to win.

that they have issued stocks every year that I have been with the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they truly care about their people and your growth. They are very approachable.

Spending time at the property with the PMs makeing a difference for them and the customers.

The Culture that they provide as well as the level of trust that is provided to me to be effective. Although the organization is competitive they are also the most supportive team I have been a part of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The culture that we all embrace, as well as, the diversity of the team both in who we are but also how we think. My team is very aligned and we all have each other best interests in mind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has demonstrated that it will always do the right thing for the employee. This goes at every level. I think this was demonstrated most during Covid when not only did we not lay people off we ensure that everyone was safe, and taken care of financially.
