More opportunities to recognize great leadership outside of metrics. Other opportunities to earn additional stock for those who are capped out.

Create a better incentive (or offer stock) for one time anniversary awards. Increase the annual stock awards for DM's at milestone tenure marks 10/15/20 years. Create incentive for your well placed DM's to continue to drive great performance.
