This company has changed drastically in the last year. The work life balance used to be reasonable but has changed dramatically. I hope the company can course correct quickly as this has been a good place to work leading up to this.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has cut labor 3 times in the last year. This has created a much more challenging work environment for DM's and above. It's also created less customer centric experience and employee morale has gone down.
